Getting to know KenAt the age of 25, Ken started his career in Real Estate, 3 days after the birth of his first daughter Michelle. Since that day, Ken has built his reputation on honesty, experience and the desire to learn, treating his customers the way he likes to be treated, never ever quitting till the customers’ needs are met. His top priority is to help them make a move that not only fits their immediate needs, but their long-term goals as well. Ken was very fortunate to start his career in Victoria with Brown Brothers Realty, where he paired up with his brother Ron. With his sales knowledge and learning from a company that had been in the business since 1918, a company that really trained its realtors to take care of the customer, gave Ken the foundation for a successful career. After a successful year and a half in Victoria, Ken, his wife Kari of 20 years, and Michelle decided to move back to the Cowichan Valley to be closer to their families and friends. They have never looked back. They are now a happy family of four, with the addition of Krystyna in May of 1997. Ken's proud to say that family is always first, devoting two days off a week to his wife and two girls knowing his team will handle all the office details. Without the support of Ken's family, he would not be the success he is today. In the winter months he enjoys watching his two daughters at the skating rink, either figure skating or playing ice hockey. During the Spring and Summer months he enjoys watching field hockey or enjoying family camping trips. When Ken finds some spare time for himself you will find him in his wood working shop working on many of his amazing projects, working in his garden, or hiking up Mt. Tzouhalem. When Ken returned to Duncan in 1994 his Real Estate business was an instant success and he was the number one producing Realtor in the Cowichan Valley in his very first year! The business grew steadily and rapidly and in May 1996, Ken decided it was not possible to handle the business effectively on his own. Ken was fortunate to meet Pierre Campagne, a new realtor in the Cowichan Valley with only eight months experience, but who had already worked his way well up in the zone standings. After three dedicated years, Pierre was a natural partner and in early 1999, Ken and Pierre formed a full partnership operating under the Ken Neal & Associates name. They have never been ones to sit still. There is something about turning houses into homes and helping people overcome obstacles that they love about real estate. One thing Ken and Pierre's customers will tell you: if they say they'll do something, it will be done. This is obvious by the high percentage of repeat and referral customers they help every day. They have always believed in a straightforward approach, fair and honest with no pressure. Their job is to listen very carefully to the customer and show them what they want to see, to help people with their questions and objections, and just make it easy to buy, whether it be their first home or their tenth. Working with a realtor should be a positive experience for you and your family. Selling a home and purchasing a home are big events. These events should only be trusted to an agent who cares. That's why each year, people just like you call Ken Neal & Associates when they have real estate needs. Performing Ken and Pierre's jobs simply wouldn't be possible without the support of their clients and friends. To maintain your trust they will continually earn it by providing the highest level of real estate service possible. Take a close look at what Ken Neal & Associates have to offer, and when you are ready to make an important real estate decision, make the right move call the one number that says it all, 748-SOLD.
